It’s such a great day to celebrate with friends, family and cheers to AMERICA.
In addition, now that you have the fireworks, and food under control.. it’s now time to shake things up with some healthy low-cal cocktails, are my right?
These healthy cocktails are easy to make, taste delicious, and come in every color of the American flag.
Moreover, these drinks are yummy without the bloated tummy! Feel good ,and look good, knowing you’re not drinking all your calories, and packing on the pounds.
These homemade recipes are made with fresh ingredients, and packed with antioxidants as well.
Let’s dive into the 4th of July healthy low calorie cocktails.

Blueberry Lacroix Mojito
( THE BLUE COCKTAIL )
Ingredients
- Can of Lacroix Lime
- 1.5 0Z White Rum
- 2 Limes Squeezed
- 6 Mint Leaves
- 2 teaspoons Organic Sugar
- 8 Blueberries
Directions
- Muddle Mint + Sugar In Tin Shaker ( For Antioxidants – Muddle in 8 blueberries )
- Squeeze 2-3 Limes in Tin Shaker
- Add Rum to Shaker
- Add Ice + Shake
- Pour all ingredients, including ice into a tall glass
- Top with Lacroix Lime sparkling water + Lime slice
- Serve + Enjoy
Watermelon Margarita
( THE RED COCKTAIL )
Ingredients
- Handful of Cubed Watermelon (3-4 chunks )
- 3oz Tequila
- 3oz Triple Sec
- 2 Limes Squeezed
Directions
- Blend up watermelon chunks – Strain juice into Tin shaker
- Add Vodka, Triple sec, 2 Limes squeezed To Tin Shaker
- Add Ice, Shake
- Rim glass with salt, add ice, Pour cocktail from Shaker into Glass
- Serve + Enjoy
White Wine Spritzer
( THE WHITE COCKTAIL )
Ingredients
- White Wine or Choice ( For Dryer Wine – Sauvignon Blanc, Sweeter Wine – Moscato)
- Lacroix sparkling water in peach pear flavor
- Frozen peaches + Strawberries
Directions
- Wine Glass
- Add Ice
- 60z Wine
- 20z Lacroix sparkling water in flavor peach pear
- Add 2 Frozen Peaches, 2 Strawberries
- Serve + Enjoy
Cucumber Tonic Refresher
Ingredients
- 2oz Gin
- Fever Tree Cucumber Tonic water
- Lime Squeeze
Directions
- In a Short Glass
- Add Gin
- Lime Squeeze
- Fever Tree Cucumber Tonic Water
- Lime Slice + Cucumber Slice
- Serve + Enjoy
Grapefruit Margarita
Ingredients
- 3 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 oz Lime
- 1.5 oz Silver Tequila
- 3/4 Triple Sec
- 1 teaspoon Agave
Directions
- Add Tequila + Triple sec to Tin Shaker
- Add Lime + Grapefruit juice to Tin
- Add agave to Tin
- Add Ice + Shake, Shake, Shake
- Rim a glass with salt + Add ice
- Pour cocktail over ice
- Serve + Enjoy
