1. Set Intention
The very first step towards anything is having, and setting intention for it. You must literally need to wake up, and set the intention to be, and carry yourself with confidence.
When you become self aware, and simply show up to the world as your true authentic self, unapologetically. You naturally shine a light from within.
Having the intention to live life with integrity can and will create a sense of confidence.

2. Change Your Inner Voice
How do you talk to yourself throughout the day? Are you saying empowering words, or negative words?
We have to remember that words hold allot of power. They have the power to shift how we feel, and show up in world.
What we say to ourselves affects how we think, and how we think affects how we feel. So, if you want to feel confident than we must begin filling our minds with uplifting, positive words everyday.
3. Keep The Promises You Make To Yourself
Keeping the promises you make to yourself, and actually following through on doing what you said you would do breeds a few things.
Doing this builds trust, self respect, which ultimately increases your confidence.
For instance, if you tell yourself you’re going to the gym 3x this week, than you follow through on your promise with yourself, and go to the gym 3x this week.
Building this foundation with yourself will begin to help increase your inner confidence.
4. Competent = Confidence
What does this mean exactly? Well, for starters the definition of competence means, the ability to do something successfully and/or efficiently.
Which overall means, the more you learn and do in anything, the more confidence you will gain in it.
Therefore, the more competent you’re the more confident you become.

Take the time to appreciate the small wins on your journey. Too often we’re so focused on the go, and the hustle of life that we undermine those small precious moments that get us to where we are.

The best advice I could give is that when you’re scared fo something, move towards it, and push through that uncomfortable feeling.
At first it may be awkward, and feel like you’re completely outside your comfort level, but I promise you, as you’re in the midst of that fear you will begin to increase your confidence more than ever before.
