1. Fasted Training
When we workout or do cardio in a fasted state, we’re able to tap into fat for fuel.

When we lower body fat in our bodies we’re then able to get that more defined shape, giving you that ”toned” look.
I recommend starting slow when first incorporating any new method into your regimen. It’s also highly recommended to do this first thing in the morning, so you are not having to fast all day.
Wake up, hydrate, stretch, and do some abs or light cardio to start. Remember this is all done on an empty stomach (no food, just water, and maybe tea or coffee). Overtime you can begin to do full cardio or workout sessions fasted.
